5. Information Sharing

We do not, and will never, sell or rent your personal data.

We may share data with:

Service providers / processors, e.g. website hosting, analytics providers, email service providers

Professional advisers, e.g. legal, accounting, or compliance advisers, where reasonably necessary.

Authorities or regulators where required by law, legal proceedings, or to protect our rights.

Business transfers, e.g. If Bolle Media Limited is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

In all cases, we limit sharing to what is necessary and ensure appropriate contractual and security measures are in place.

6. International Transfers

Our servers or service providers may be located outside the UK or EEA (for example, Google’s infrastructure). Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on:

  • an adequacy decision; or
  • appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent measures implemented by our processors

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including for legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Contact enquiries are typically kept for up to 2 years from last contact, unless needed longer for legal reasons.

Analytics data is retained according to our analytics tool configuration (e.g. 14–26 months), in aggregated or pseudonymous form.

When data is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymise it.

8. How Long Protect Your Information

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

  • HTTPS encryption (SSL)
  • restricted access to admin systems
  • secure passwords and device protections

However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Transmission of information over the internet is at your own risk.

To exercise any of these rights, please email hello@oddsmint.com with “Data Request” in the subject line.

11. Do-Not-Track (DNT)

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature. At present, there is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT signals, and our Website does not currently respond to them. You can still control cookies via your browser settings.

12. Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised.

Significant changes may be highlighted on the Website or communicated via email where appropriate.
